As promised a repairman was not only able to diagnose our issue over the phone but it was something we could take on ourselves. So a quick trip to Lowe’s and a little bit of elbow grease, we were able to get our AC back to cooling consistently. Highly recommend Modern Heating & Cooling – wish I could give more stars! Just purchased a house in Dec and the heater had not run in 4 years. Called on a Sat, and Modern had a tech at my place within 90 minutes. Tyler was Great! Very knowledgeable and professional. Recommending Modem HVAC with 5 stars. From sales to installation to a small service issue they were very attentive and willing to do what it took to make our 40 year old home like new with ductwork and replacement unit.
